The part definition drives the quotation.
A useful custom-part RFQ connects the material specification to the finished geometry, quantity and assembly context.
STEP geometry
Provide STEP or STP data for machining review. Add any critical dimensions or tolerance notes that may not be clear from the model.
Profile and mounting features
Outside profiles, holes, slots and mounting geometry can be combined in the same finished-part requirement.
Countersinks and edge details
Specify countersunk holes, chamfers and corner radii where fastener fit, handling or assembly clearance matters.
Identification engraving
Text and logo engraving can be reviewed against available surface area, geometry and the stated 2 mm minimum feature.
Prototype route
The minimum order is five pieces and the stated sample lead time is 7–10 days, subject to the final technical review.
Batch route
Batch lead time is stated as 20–30 days, with capacity up to 50,000 sheets per month depending on part size and machining complexity.
